The ‘FEI/WBFSH World Breeding Dressage Championships for Young Horses’ will be held in Ermelo from 4 to 8 August 2023. The best five-, six- and seven-year-old dressage horses compete here for the world titles.

The FEI/WBFSH World Breeding Dressage Championships for Young Horses is a sporting battle between the studbooks and therefore pre-eminently an event where sport and breeding come together. It is important here that horses in their age class can be connected to the selection process from all studbooks accepted in the Netherlands that are also affiliated.

The 15 horses per year of the Pavo Cup and the best 6 horses per year of the Fryso Cup are invited for the first observation training. The horses that were selected for the World Breeding Dressage Championships for Young Horses 2023 are invited to start directly during the first observation training.

Heritage Products supplies the event with temporary fences and dressage equipment. We are also present with a stand during this event.
